Why I Started

It’s simple…
I believe in people, growth and lifelong learning.
Throughout my career, I have seen inequity in accessibility of personal and professional development.

We can all be the best version of ourselves when given facilitated opportunities to reflect and grow.
I believe creative strategies can be used to provide accessible, nurturing spaces to grow and reflect that start with where you are at.
I’m excited to use my transferable social work skills to build connections and use creative strategies to empower people and organizations to engage in personal and professional growth.

Meet Lucki
I’m kind, caring and courageous (my son's description)
Being a Canadian born, middle aged woman of South Asian Punjabi heritage, I have lived the immigrant experience and understand poverty, racism, discrimination, and working hard to belong and overcome systemic colonial barriers. Perhaps this is why I chose social work as a profession.

I am proud of who I am, embrace my diverse, cultural heritage, and know that personal and professional growth is possible.
I have learned to navigate diverse cultures in a lifelong journey of growth and challenging societal, gender-based, and cultural expectations to discover my identity to reach a place of being me… a caring, hard working, sensitive, and curious professional woman who is genuine and sees the good in people and challenges the status quo.
